Kevin Walker has been sculpting in wood for over twenty years, and his interest in woodcarving began while vacationing in the Branson, MO area. Various carvings from artist around the country were on display and Kevin was so intrigued with the art that he decided to buy a set of tools and try it for himself.
Many of his carvings are displayed in various art galleries around
the country. He has won many awards including People’s choice, Best
of show, as well as a host of of First Place titles.
Kevin is totally a self taught artist. He has shared his art through
teaching group seminars, giving private lessons, and accepting
commission work.
